About Trade Office Tools
Trade Office Tools explains business software for small crews: what you need, what you don't, and when free is enough. We use real accounts for screenshots and say so when we haven't tested something.
Who writes it
Written by Michael Mathes in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Michael spent 18 years in tech at Dell, and now explains office software in plain English for the contractors and small shops who'd rather be on the job than in a spreadsheet.
How we write
- We only say we tested something when we actually did; otherwise we tell you our sources.
- We don't quote prices that change. We link the vendor's pricing page instead.
- Any affiliate link will be labeled next to the link. Right now none are live (see our disclosure).
